How to get started with ICBC Claims
•Report your injury to ICBC by calling 1-800-910-4222 or visit www.icbc.com. You will be assigned an ICBC Claim Number.
•Book an appointment with a Physiotherapist for an initial consultation
•Make an appointment with your family doctor or walk in clinic and tell them that your injury is due to a car accident
•Make sure you get a doctor’s referral for both Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy
•Seek medical advice as quickly as possible to ensure you are adequately treated and protected for the future
Getting Physiotherapy Treatment with an ICBC Claim
•ICBC provides automatic approval for up to 20 visits
•Call the clinic to book an initial consultation with a Physiotherapist 250-381-9828
•On your first visit bring in your ICBC Claim Number and your doctor’s referral for Physiotherapy
•We will communicate with your ICBC Insurance adjuster to ensure that ongoing coverage for therapy is provided.
